Our team will come to your location to test the air of your home or business to identify any potential air quality issues. If we discover any issues, we will outline a plan of action to prevent the air quality from impacting the health of you and those around you.

- Biological, chemical, and combustible pollutants will be tested for contaminants using state-of-the-art testing equipment.
- Mold, bacteria, dander, pollen, and dust mites are examples of biological contaminants. Asthma and allergic rhinitis can be aggravated or even developed in people who are allergic to biopollutants.
- Volatile organic molecules like formaldehyde, lead, and radon are examples of chemical contaminants.
- Carbon monoxide and tobacco smoke are examples of combustion pollutants (incidentally, most chemical pollutants result from combustion)
Air Quality Testing Process
Biological, chemical, and combustible pollutants will be tested for contaminants using state-of-the-art testing equipment.

Formaldehyde, lead, and radon are examples of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Mold, bacteria, dander, pollen, and dust mites are examples of biological contaminants. Hypersensitivity pneumonitis, rhinitis, and asthma may be caused by biological pollution.
Carbon monoxide and cigarette smoke are examples of contaminants that are released during the combustion process.

Finding toxic mold is very important since it can be hidden almost anywhere. Hidden toxic mold and toxic mold spores can be hidden in cabinets, closets and underneath carpeting and behind wallpaper.
A visual inspection is the most important initial step in identifying a possible contamination problem. The extent of any water damage and mold growth should be visually assessed. This assessment is vital for determining remedial strategies.
Ventilation systems should also be visually checked, particularly for damp filters but also for damp conditions elsewhere in the system and overall cleanliness. Inspector also observes the ceiling tiles, gypsum wallboard (sheetrock), drywall, areas covered by wallpaper, cardboard paper and other cellulosic surfaces.
Mold Testing
Our comprehensive mold testing provides three important pieces of information:
- Presence of mold:
several types of sampling are used to determine if a suspected area contains mold growth.
- Type of mold:
Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Cladosporium. Distinguishing between different types of mold growth is difficult without laboratory sampling. Our mold testing accurately determines the species of mold growth in your building.
- Quantity of mold:
Mold spores can be found in the cleanest of buildings. Therefore we measure the quantity of mold to determine if a mold problem is present.
Types of Mold Testing Available
We offer multiple different mold testing options:
- Airborne mold testing
- Surface mold testing
- Bulk mold testing
- Dust mold testing
- PCR mold testing
If you suspect you have a mold problem, it is recommended to get an airborne test completed. Since mold spores can cause health problems, you need to know just how much mold is in the air you breathe.
Besides the health risks, mold in your home or building can cause damage to walls, ceilings, wallpaper and floorboards. If left unchecked, it can reduce the structural integrity of the building.
